As dusk falls over Harrisburg on Thursday, October 15th, 2026, the local community gathers at the landmark Omega House on 2020 State Street for the Candidates Forum.

A coalition of historic community powerhouses—the Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., alongside Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Epsilon Sigma Omega Chapter, the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. (Harrisburg Chapter), the National Council of Negro Women (Greater Harrisburg Section), and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Kappa Omega Chapter—has joined forces to host an unforgettable evening

of democracy in action.

Taking the stage to steer the high-stakes discussion is James Crummel, the familiar face and Daybreak/Noon Anchor from WHTM abc27. Under the bright lights, he prepares to put pressing questions to the key candidates competing to represent the region—inviting leaders running for State Representatives for the 103rd, 104th, 105th, 106th, and 125th districts, as well as contenders for Representative in Congress PA-10.

From 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, voters will have a front-row seat to hear directly from the candidates on critical issues affecting their neighborhoods and the nation. It’s an essential night of civic engagement, dialogue, and community empowerment that no voter will want to miss!
