SOCIAL ACTION COMMITTEE

Our Social Action Committee develops and implements programming to advance the Harrisburg Alumnae Chapter’s social justice work, outreach, and service in the community. In addition to projects that increase awareness, engage participation, and encourage action, chapter members meet, discuss concerns, and advocate with elected officials; attend national and regional conferences and other activities to augment issue-related education; promote collaborative partnerships; and integrate the Sorority’s national initiatives into our local service.
